About Allsworth

ALLSWORTH was formed on 10th August 2010 immediately after Singapore’s 45th National Day by a team of experienced IT graduates from Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, China, India and Myanmar.

ALLSWORTH core competencies are Internet Data Centres, Network Operations, Call Centres, Manpower Outsourcing and Offshore Development Centres.

In a short span of 3 years, we have developed quite a number of customers base in ASIA. The changes in the Singapore Government Initiatives to tighten on foreign workers and resources have actually provided the double growth in our business for 2013.

In 2013 we expanded into China with our ODC in Chengdu and today we have ODC in Shenzhen and Ningbo.

ALLSWORTH ODCs are build following the ALLSWORTH Offshore Development Centre Framework, which was developed by leveraging the extensive experience accumulated through building Offshore Development and CALL Centres of all sizes for many of our clients.

Flexible ODC Models

Different organizations have different ODC needs. After establishing an ODC in partnership with ALLSWORTH, many of our customers prefer to leave the task of managing the ODC to ALLSWORTH. ALLSWORTH’s strong management team and international culture allow your organization to focus on its core competencies by outsourcing product and service delivery management. The Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) ODC, another popular model, enables your organization to create a captive delivery centre. It defers the tasks of building the ODC to ALLSWORTH, and defines an operational and transfer period that is customized to meet your organization’s specific needs.
